The big show happens on the first three Saturdays of December for the Christmas Lighting Festival. Beginning at noon, Saint Nicholas, Father Christmas, and Santa Claus arrive in town, ushering in the live music and entertainment happening at the town square. As 4 p.m. rolls around, head to the square as all of the town’s lights are turned off and everyone joins in singing “Silent Night,” before the big moment at 4:30 p.m., when the town comes alive with approximately a quarter of a million lights.

シアトルからはハイウェイ2号線を東へ約2時間。インターステート90号線からハイウェイ97号線を北上することもできる。
電車の場合、以下の方法がある。
アムトラック：シアトルを午後4時50分に出発し、レブンワースに午後8時10分に到着。復路は、レブンワースを午前6時15分に出発し、シアトルに午前10時20分に到着する。
Alki Toursは、12月にシアトルからレブンワースへの日帰り列車を運行している。列車は午後12時30分にレブンワースに到着し、午後5時25分に出発する。

Leavenworth WA Live Cams

Follow Highway 2 through Leavenworth’s breathtaking mountain scenery. The Wenatchee River flows southeast for 53 miles, from Lake Wenatchee to its confluence with the Columbia River, creating one of Washington’s most picturesque routes.
